SPECIALIZED DIVISIONS
All interested to join a Haraya League shall be deliberated by the Sport Technical Committee (STC). The STC reserves the right to accept or reject an applicant for each tournament. It is Haraya’s goal to keep a similar level of skill and ability among its participating schools for every division in a particular sport.

An applicant should be transparent in disclosing any information about their sports program and student-athletes. Haraya would like to build a community of schools who value integrity and honesty.
A sport may have 3 different divisions: BINHI, SIKAP-TALA, and DAKILA.
BINHI is mainly for beginners and kids, while SIKAP-TALA is for older and intermediate-levelled players. DAKILA is for schools that have reached advanced skills and abilities.
All participating schools shall be evaluated after each league and a team shall be ranked after the end of a season.
A school in the SIKAP-TALA Division may be given a promotion to DAKILA by the STC. A school may not participate in SIKAP-TALA once a promotion is awarded unless they would re-apply to join the developmental division again.
